In addition to the usual collaborations with the mentioned Publishers, Alejandro is constantly developing different projects related to fantasy.

LES CHANTS DE MALDOROR / THE SONGS OF MALDOROR
The timeless and cursed piece by Isidore Ducasse, Count de Lautréamont began in 1869 a new era of surrealism in Literature. Its shocking passages have always been a huge source of inspiration for Alejandro, and, after exploring and sketching them through the years, in 2017 he began to freely illustrate some of them with the aim to publish a new and integral illustrated edition. 
Also, we have added here the cover of The Last Songs of Autumn, a novel by Ruy Camara, about the life and times of Isidore Ducasse.

ILUSTRANDO EL APOCALIPSIS / ILLUSTRATING THE APOCALYPSE
Following the tendency of his work on apocalyptic themes, in 2016 Alejandro began the creation of a series of dystopian and apocalyptic illustrations based on the city of Montevideo, where he was born. This is still an unpublished project.

ANTOLOGÍA ILUSTRADA DE VAMPIROS / ILLUSTRATED ANTHOLOGY OF VAMPIRES
For a long time, Alejandro fancied the idea of ​​coordinating and illustrating an anthology of fantasy tales, especially about vampires. The project was initiated some time ago and its publication is expected in 2022. 
For this Anthology, Alejandro features the collaboration of select Spanish fantasy writers.
